What I promote as a diet to lose fat and lose weight in the long run is a whole food diet. You want to focus on consuming nutrient dense foods rather than calorie dense foods. I don't like it when people ask me how many carbs are in something or how much protein is in something or what the breakdown of a food is into its nutrients. After a cleanse, there is often an experience of almost 're-booting' your desires for certain types of foods. Many report only craving healthy foods that are whole and not processed for a very long time after the cleanse. This of course helps the further loss of weight in the whole cleansing process.
